Kelley Can you tell me if the sons preorder for US bread make is for real ? It is expensive to purchase and I want to be sure if buy then it really is going to ship in dec of this year … not a buy and maybe get it 3-6 mos later 14.10.2025 19:30
Daniel Hello Kelley. The original plan was to have the bread maker available before December. However, some issues had to be addressed with the prototype (uneven baking mainly), so I would say that early next year is more likely. We are waiting for the final pre-production unit. 14.10.2025 21:36

Dan Try this recipe. It worked for me. Make sure to let it cool completely before removing it from the pan. I usually

500g flour
1 packet dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
360 ml warm water
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt

Settings
Kneading: 3 minutes, speed 3
Rise 1: 30 minutes, 30C
Rise 2: 40 minutes, 38C
Bake 1: 1 hour, 160C

Max First use of the bread maker. Programs are good, and if you've already a bread maker, you won't be lost.
Just, I found glass lid difficult to manipulate (too small handle) and quite difficult to remove the loaf, even after waiting to cool it down.
The worst part is that head screws are really difficult to clean properly. It's a shame to let those inside, daugh come inside and it's really difficult to clean them really well. 26.4.2025 20:56
Max Several days of use, it's OK. Make sure to cool down during 2 hours at least, in order to remove the leaf easily.
Regarding cleaning operation, put water inside during several minutes and it's not so hard to clean and use a brush to clean head screw. 12.5.2025 14:03
