Kneading: 3 minutes, speed 3
Rise 1: 30 minutes, 30C
Rise 2: 40 minutes, 38C
Bake 1: 1 hour, 160C

Just, I found glass lid difficult to manipulate (too small handle) and quite difficult to remove the loaf, even after waiting to cool it down.
The worst part is that head screws are really difficult to clean properly. It's a shame to let those inside, daugh come inside and it's really difficult to clean them really well. 26.4.2025 20:56
